Making Stock today....

Today made three kinds of stock: fish stock, chicken stock, brown chicken stock. This the first time I learn for western food cooking. It's quiet new to me, because I grow up in chinese family. I never know so much of details to cook the western food are. So, I'm so happy to learn many things and get much knowledge and method of cooking. Even now I just start to be a trainner, I hope that what I had learned now can make my future with smooth.
