As a star chef...Not only talent in your own cooking method only.And you need to memories all the animals cuts e.g Beef, Veal, Lamb, Mutton, Pork, Poultry, Game(wild animal), Fish, Seafood.
Like what I post the pictures on top. Each part have their own name, and need to recognize each part of meat name. Beside these, you need have a good basic of cook also. So, don't think to be a chef is easy.

Making Stock today....

Today made three kinds of stock: fish stock, chicken stock, brown chicken stock. This the first time I learn for western food cooking. It's quiet new to me, because I grow up in chinese family. I never know so much of details to cook the western food are. So, I'm so happy to learn many things and get much knowledge and method of cooking. Even now I just start to be a trainner, I hope that what I had learned now can make my future with smooth.

CUT finger festival, Held in my School !!! WEIRD

Yesterday(Friday 18/1/08),Singapore,SHATEC. The cut finger fes. was held in the morning. Yesterday morning was the solo practical class. The class was practiced cutting vegetable, more than 30% of my classmate get cut their finger(37 person in my class)... so poor... I think they are the first time using the knife. So... BE CAREFUL when using knife...

Wow...Finally can start to studying lo...!!!!

Whaaha... I'm back to school life again. My tutor was a young lady. Name Daisy Cheong, she was a star chef at singapore. She have joined the international competition with national team of singapore before, and she have joined the TV program of "I cook for you". She is so serious in the class. Everytime when she come,the came will be so in quiet. However, I love this kind of teacher. Even she was nagging, but she care of us too. Hope I can learn a lot of things for her....

The OIL is NOT ENOUGH in Malaysia...

Last weekend I read the newspaper said "the cooking oil is out of stock at other state".The news is quite absurd to me.Cause our country is oil producer. How come? But it is really, that is the prove of it.This picture is me taken at Giant. Hope the Gov said something to comfort people.

You Know What I Did Last Sunday...?

Last sunday.... I ate the snail which I caught at my garden !!! (just joke)


The snail are too shame to face the camera....


After persuade them, I told them the pictures will be posted on my blog... they just wanna face the camera with their new style, I did a make up for them with "Green butter"...Hahaha

The snails were cheated by me... Actually I just wanna eat them... this is the picture to prove it. This is the snails after being bake by oven with 220'c for 10mints...


They are well done now.... That's my lovely hand, to dig out the SNAIL MEAT...

Whahahh..... The snails meat is in my tummy now!!!
I had eaten more than 5 pcs...
I never taste snails meat before... don't how to express the taste I felt when eating....
But after ate too much, I feel disgusting..
